1. Who we are

DAI PHAT HOME ELEVATOR supplies and services elevators for villas and private residences. This policy applies to information submitted through this website.

2. Information we collect

When you send an inquiry through a form or the Villa Elevator Assistant, we collect:

• Liftway length and width, number of floors, liftway and villa status
• Your preferred design direction, if you choose one
• Your name and phone number, and optionally WhatsApp, Zalo, email and address
• Any notes you write, and any photos, floor plans or drawings you choose to upload

We do not ask for identity documents, payment details or any other sensitive information on this website.

3. Why we use it

Your information is used to review your liftway and site conditions, to prepare possible elevator solutions, and to contact you about your inquiry. Final technical confirmation of any solution is always made by a DAI PHAT specialist.

4. Where it is stored and who can see it

Inquiries are stored in our secure hosted database and copied into our internal customer relationship management system so that our sales team can follow up. Access is limited to DAI PHAT staff and the service providers that host these systems on our behalf. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and to support any elevator we supply or service. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or ask what we hold about you, by contacting us with the details on the Contact page. Providing WhatsApp, Zalo, email, location, notes and uploads is always optional.

7. Website measurement

We measure anonymous website activity such as which buttons and forms are used. These measurements never include your name, phone number, messaging contacts, email address, notes or uploaded files. If an external analytics provider is enabled in future, this policy will be updated before it is activated.

This website stores one small cookie to remember your chosen language (Vietnamese or English). It contains no personal information.

8. DAI PHAT Social Manager and TikTok

DAI PHAT Social Manager is an internal tool used by DAI PHAT staff to manage and publish content on DAI PHAT's own social media accounts, including TikTok. When an authorised staff member connects a TikTok account, the tool may receive basic account information (such as display name, avatar and account ID), access tokens, and information about videos the account publishes or schedules through the tool.

This information is used only to authenticate the account, upload and publish DAI PHAT content, and show basic post status and performance. It is not sold, not used for advertising profiling, and not shared with third parties except the platform providers needed to operate the service. Access tokens are stored securely and you can revoke access at any time from your TikTok account settings or by contacting us; we then delete the related data.
